Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is: “Construction of the Starogard Gdański Bypass along national road No. 22” The contract includes in particular: -construction of a section of national road No. 22 with a total length of approx. 16 km; -construction of intersections with other public roads; -reconstruction of other public roads to the necessary extent; -construction of additional carriageways to the necessary extent; -construction of engineering structures along the entire length of the planned bypass; -construction of cycle paths and pavements in the vicinity of intersections and in built-up areas, construction of pedestrian refuges and crossings; -reconstruction of existing and construction of new bus bays; -reconstruction of exits and construction of covered ditches under exits; -construction of a drainage system for all roads covered by the investment; -construction of lighting and utility ducts; -reconstruction of technical infrastructure conflicting with the investment; -increasing the capacity of the transport system; -preparation of design documentation together with obtaining all necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions, including the decision authorising the implementation of the road investment; -performance of any other works and studies that prove necessary for the design and implementation of the investment; -obtaining administrative decisions permitting the use of the investment. Estimated contract value above EUR 20 million. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks, i.e. the pavement of the main route, including its production and laying, and the execution of the remaining pavement structure layers above the native ground (cut) or fill soil (embankment), excluding supplies of materials and services.
