Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is construction work consisting in the reconstruction with extension of Sułkowskiego Street in Słupsk, from the intersection with Arciszewskiego Street to the intersection with Gdyńska Street, as part of the investment task entitled “Reconstruction of Sułkowskiego Street” 2. The main subject of the investment project includes, among other things: 1) reconstruction of the Sułkowskiego Street roadway surface into a roadway with a bituminous surface, 2) construction of a sidewalk on the southern side of the roadway along the entire length of the street being reconstructed, 3) reconstruction of the sidewalk on the northern side of the roadway along the entire length of the street being reconstructed, 4) reconstruction of driveways, 5) construction of raised intersections of Sułkowskiego Street with the following streets: Krajewskiego and Pułaskiego, 6) construction of two parking bays, 7) construction of a hardened surface in the vicinity of allotment gardens, 8) reconstruction and construction of the stormwater drainage network, 9) relocation of the existing lighting infrastructure, 10) construction of dedicated lighting at pedestrian crossings, 11) construction of a utility duct, 12) landscaping with greenery, including the removal and planting of shrubs and ornamental plants, 13) installation of street furniture elements – benches and waste bins, 14) installation of vertical and horizontal road markings. 3. Additionally, the subject of the contract includes, among other things, the following activities: 1) preparation of a traffic management plan for the duration of the works, together with obtaining the required opinions and approval, and its implementation for the duration of the works, 2) preparation of an as-built geodetic survey, 3) preparation of as-built documentation, including a statement of the lengths and areas of the individual road-lane infrastructure elements constructed and reconstructed, 4) execution of all other accompanying works necessary for the performance of the subject of the contract, in particular those specified in the design documentation, industry-specific arrangements, the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, and the bills of quantities, 5) production and installation, on the date construction work begins, of an information board measuring 180 x 120 cm, stating that the investment in question is co-financed, in a publicly accessible and clearly visible location indicated by the Contracting Authority. The construction works contractor is responsible for maintaining it in proper condition throughout the entire investment implementation period.
