The subject of the contract is construction work consisting of the reconstruction of provincial road No. 808 Łuków – Serokomla – Kock – national road S19 with respect to the pedestrian path from km 16+983 to km 17+706. The scope of work includes: 1) surveying work, including preparation of the as-built survey and its registration with the District Centre for Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation; 2) felling trees with a diameter of 15-25 cm, including grubbing out stumps (rootstocks), clearing branches and recovering timber; 3) mechanical cutting of the bituminous pavement and concrete base before setting the curb (sidewalk adjacent to the roadway, driveways, pedestrian crossings); 4) removal of the base and pavement (paving blocks and base) to a thickness of 20cm, including clearing the rubble and handing over paving blocks from the dismantled driveways to the property owners; 5) removal of concrete curbs and edging together with the concrete footing and bedding, with transport outside the construction site and disposal at the Contractor's expense; 6) dismantling the bus shelter together with its foundations (shelter to be reinstalled); 7) demolition of culverts under driveways, with the material to be managed by the Contractor; 8) dismantling road-sign posts and sign faces (posts for the Contracting Authority); 9) milling road markings in accordance with the SOR amendment design; 10) excavation work (including removal of a fertile soil layer with an average thickness of 25cm), with surplus soil transported outside the construction site; 11) excavation work with transfer of material into the embankment; 12) construction of embankments using material delivered from outside the construction site; 13) construction of diameter 40 pipe culverts on a 20 cm-thick bed of mechanically stabilized crushed aggregate, 0/31.5mm; 14) construction of a covered ditch using diameter 40 pipes on a 20 cm-thick bed of mechanically stabilized crushed aggregate, 0/31.5mm; 15) construction of a diameter 1000 inspection chamber with a class D400 cover; 16) construction of the formation, including profiling and compacting the subgrade for the structure of the pedestrian path, driveways, culverts and covered ditch; 17) construction of a 10 cm-thick frost-protection layer of CBGM class C1.5/2 under the driveway pavement; 18) construction of a base of mechanically stabilized, continuously graded crushed aggregate, 0/31.5 mm C90/3, under the pedestrian path and driveway pavements, culverts and covered ditch; 19) installation of a palisade made of 15x20x70 cm concrete elements on a concrete footing; 20) installation of a palisade made of 15x20x40 cm concrete elements on a concrete footing; 21) installation of 20x22cm and 20x30cm concrete curbs on a concrete footing with C12/15 concrete backing; 22) installation of 8x30 concrete edging on a concrete footing with C12/15 concrete backing; 23) installation of 12x25cm concrete edge restraints on a concrete footing with C12/15 concrete backing; 24) construction of the shoulder pavement near driveways and partly along the roadway using mechanically stabilized crushed aggregate, with an average thickness of 10 cm after compaction; 25) construction of a surface measuring 2mx4mx0.6m from yellow concrete elements with raised studs at pedestrian crossings; 26) installation of the dismantled bus shelter; 27) grading, including spreading humus and sowing a grass mixture on green strips, verges, slopes and ditch bottoms; 28) compensatory planting; 29) reinforcement of ditch slopes with 60x40x10cm prefabricated openwork slabs; 30) installation of vertical and thick-layer horizontal road markings and road safety devices in accordance with the Permanent Traffic Organization Design; 31) installation of lighting—assembly and erection of lighting poles weighing up to 300 kg, comprising 20 units measuring 9m and 4 units measuring 6m, together with tubular outreach arms weighing up to 15 kg and complete lighting fixtures, including all associated work, i.e. laying cables in excavations and on poles, making all connections, markings, insulation, earthing systems and protective devices, and conducting tests and measurements.
