The subject of the contract is the design, construction and commissioning of an Intelligent Transport System in Radom (hereinafter referred to as the “ITS System”) in connection with the implementation of the project entitled: “Development of urban mobility infrastructure in the Radom Functional Area – stages I and II”. The contract is being implemented under the “design and build” procedure and therefore consists of two basic stages: the design stage and the implementation stage. The contract includes the design, installation and commissioning of the ITS system and the reconstruction of the geometry of selected intersections. The contract includes: - reconstruction and construction of traffic signals at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings, - adaptation of traffic signals at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings for operation within the ITS system, - implementation of public transport priority at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings equipped with traffic signals, - delivery and commissioning of an IT application integrating the ITS subsystems, - reconstruction of intersection geometry, - equipping the Traffic Control Centre and server room, - construction of a data transmission network. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) - Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU), constituting Annex No. 6 to the OPZ.
