I. The subject of the contract is the supply of signs, road marking elements and road traffic safety devices, including installation. Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: 34992200-9 Road signs 34996000-5 Road control, safety or signalling equipment 45233290-8 Installation of road signs The scope of the contract includes: - purchase of road signs together with universal brackets, road marking elements and road traffic safety devices, their loading and installation along provincial road No. 815 (section from km 0+000 to km 26+500), in accordance with the Permanent Traffic Organisation Design (PSOR) and SWZ; - relocation of existing road signs in accordance with the PSOR; - removal of existing delineator posts and unnecessary road marking elements; - transport of dismantled elements to the storage yard of Road District No. 1 in Parczew, ul. 11 Listopada 98 (during the District’s working hours, i.e. Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 15.00). And in particular: 1) Preparatory works: a) removal of signposts – 14 pcs., b) removal of U-1 posts - 539 pcs. 2) Implementation of the permanent traffic organisation: a) installation of steel-pipe road signposts (dismantled, to be relocated) – 6 pcs., b) installation of steel-pipe road signposts with a diameter of 60 mm (new) – 63 pcs., c) attachment of category A road sign panels (new) – 6 pcs., d) attachment of category A road sign panels (dismantled, to be relocated) – 7 pcs., e) attachment of category B road sign panels (new) – 8 pcs., f) attachment of category B road sign panels (dismantled, to be relocated) – 3 pcs., g) attachment of category D road sign panels (new) – 6 pcs., h) attachment of road sign panels with an area exceeding 0.3 m2 (D-43), dismantled – to be relocated – 1 pc., i) attachment of E-2a road sign panels (new) - 4 pcs. with a total area = 11.37m2, j) attachment of E-4a road sign panels (new) – 2 pcs. with a total area = 1.4m2, k)attachment of an E-13 road sign panel (new) – 1 pc. with an area = 0.92m2, l) attachment of E-13, E-17a/18a road sign panels (dismantled, to be relocated) – 2 pcs., m) attachment of an F-3b road sign panel (new) – 1 pc., n) attachment of category T road sign panels (new) – 3 pcs., o) attachment of a category T road sign panel (dismantled, to be relocated) – 1 pc., p) attachment of category U-3c/d road sign panels (3000 mm, new) – 2 pcs., r) attachment of category U-3c/d road sign panels (2400 mm, new) – 3 pcs., s) installation of U-1a/7/8/f delineator posts (new) – 502 pcs., t) installation of U-1b/7/8 delineator posts (new) – 34 pcs., u) installation of U-14a N2W3A energy-absorbing barriers – 1153 linear metres, Transport of the above-mentioned elements to the installation site (in accordance with the Permanent Traffic Organisation Design provided by the Contracting Authority) – using the Contractor’s own transport. Installation of new posts (on shoulders or lawns) after prior measurements performed in accordance with the Permanent Traffic Organisation Design and Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. Performance of measurements and verification of the correct positioning of U-1a posts against the relevant sheets of the Permanent Traffic Organisation Design. The designs, symbols and terminology of the road signs and road traffic safety devices used must comply with the publication Detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road traffic safety devices and the conditions for their placement on roads – Annexes No. 1 and No. 4 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2019, item 2311). The minimum warranty period for the installation of road traffic safety devices is 24 months or as specified in the submitted tender. II. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual lots - detailed justification is contained in the SWZ. V. III. Pursuant to Article 139(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and will then perform the qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation. V. The Contracting Authority does not envisage contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. VI. Contract completion deadline - 80 days from the date of signing the Contract. VII. The Contractor is bound by the tender until 17.10.2026. The tender validity period begins upon expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders.
