Opportunity description
1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the task entitled School transport for children with disabilities in the years 2026/2027, i.e. the provision by the Contractor of safe and punctual transport for children with disabilities to a school located within the Municipality of Oborniki in the 2026/2027 school year and transport for children with disabilities to a school/centre in Poznań on school days, along the route described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Furthermore, as part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor will be required, inter alia, to: 1) provide a carer (at least one carer) for the performance of the services, who will be responsible for the safety of passengers while boarding or alighting from vehicles and during transport. The Carer must hold a valid certificate of completion of training in the provision of Pre-Medical First Aid. 2) install, in the vehicle it intends to use to perform the contract, no later than the date on which performance of the subject matter of the contract commences, a monitoring system (i.e. a recording camera and a recording device that records and saves video footage on a hard disk device). 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. Detailed information concerning the performance of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the model contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 91(2) of the Pzp, states that it has divided the contract into lots, which are described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
