The subject matter of the contract is transport services consisting of transporting students with disabilities to kindergartens, schools and special education and care centers and transporting them back to their places of residence after classes, including care. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 22 parts. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual parts and states that one contractor may submit tenders for all parts, i.e. 22. The descriptions of the individual parts may not be treated as finally defined. The number of students, residential addresses, and class start and end times may not be final; they have been provided to give contractors a common basis for preparing tenders. The contractor is required to develop transport routes within a given part of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, divided into parts, is contained in the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. Part No. 1: Transport of students with disabilities from the designated location to Special Primary School No. 6 in Katowice, ul. Zamkowa 2a (SPS-6), and return transport. Type of disability: students with moderate, severe and profound intellectual disabilities and multiple disabilities (autism, partially sighted, blind, hard of hearing, deaf, with physical disabilities) Number of students to be transported: 42, including 7 who use wheelchairs exclusively Class start/end times: 7:45 – 14:45 School common room opening hours: 7:00 – 14:45 For Part No. 1, the contractor must provide: at least 6 vehicles, including at least 4 vehicles intended for transporting children in wheelchairs (the space intended for a child transported in a wheelchair may not reduce the number of seats for children), at least 12 additional seats for children in the required minimum number of vehicles and 2 additional spaces for children who use wheelchairs exclusively, total minimum number of places in the vehicles: 47 seats for children, 9 spaces for children using wheelchairs, and 12 places for staff (a driver and caregiver in each vehicle), straps securing the wheelchair with the child in a vehicle intended for transporting wheelchairs, an electric lift (required in a vehicle transporting a student in a large wheelchair) or ramps enabling children in wheelchairs to enter a vehicle intended for transporting wheelchairs. Part No. 2: Transport of students with disabilities from the designated location to Special Primary School No. 7 in Katowice, ul. Szkolna 5 (SPS-7), and Special Primary School No. 55 in Katowice, ul. Bednorza 13 (SPS-55), and return transport. Type of disability: SPS-7: students with mild or moderate intellectual disabilities, with multiple disabilities – autism and moderate intellectual disability, SPS-55: students with social maladjustment and with mild or moderate intellectual disabilities, autism, or multiple disabilities Number of students to be transported: SPS-7: 37, SPS-55: 19 SPS-7: Class start/end times: 8:00 – 15:40 School common room opening hours: 8:00 – 16:00 SPS-55: Class start/end times: 7:15 – 16:30 School common room opening hours: 7:00 – 16:30 For Part No. 2, the contractor must provide: at least 7 vehicles (due to the degree of the students’ disabilities, it is recommended that SPS-7 students be transported in smaller groups and that at least 7 vehicles be used to transport the students), at least 16 additional seats for children in the required minimum number of vehicles, total minimum number of places in the vehicles: 53 seats for children and 14 places for staff (a driver and caregiver in each vehicle). Transport of students to SPS-55 and SPS-7 must be carried out so that the students are transported separately, with transport to SPS-55 performed first, followed by transport to SPS-7. Part No. 3: Transport of students with disabilities from the designated location to the John Paul II Special Primary School No. 39 in Katowice, ul. Ścigały 17 (SPS-39), the Special Schools Complex in Siemianowice Śląskie, ul. Myśliwiecka 6 (ZSS Siem. Śl.), and First-Level Vocational School No. 2 in the Complex of Gastronomy and Food Industry Schools – Vocational and Continuing Education Center in Katowice, ul. Roździeńska 25 (BS), and return transport. Type of disability: students with mild or moderate intellectual disabilities, autism, or multiple disabilities Number of students to be transported: SPS-39: 62, including 1 who uses a wheelchair exclusively, ZSS Siem. Śl.: 1, BS: 1 SPS-39: Class start/end times: 8:00 – 16:00 School common room opening hours: 7:00 – 16:00 ZSS Siem. Part No. 4: Transport of students with disabilities from the designated location to the Maria Grzegorzewska Special Primary School No. 60 in Katowice (SPS-60) and the Henryk Sienkiewicz 9th General Secondary School with Integration Classes in School Complex No. 3 in Katowice (IX LO), ul. Chrobrego 4, and return transport. Type of disability: ZS-3 – students with mild, moderate or severe intellectual disabilities, autism, or multiple disabilities.
