The subject of the contract is transport services consisting of transporting students with disabilities to kindergartens, schools and educational care centers and transporting them back to their places of residence after classes, including supervision. The subject of the contract has been divided into 22 parts. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual parts and states that one contractor may submit tenders for all parts, i.e. 22. The descriptions of the individual parts may not be treated as definitively specified. The number of students, residential addresses, and class start and end times may not be final; they have been provided to give contractors a common basis for preparing tenders. The Contractor is required to develop transportation routes within the given part of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, divided into parts, is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. Part No. 11: Transportation of students with disabilities from the designated place to Primary School No. 29 in Katowice, ul. Lepszego 2, within School and Kindergarten Complex No. 10 in Katowice (SP-29), and return. Type of disability: integration classes for students with mild intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, multiple disabilities, autism, Asperger syndrome Number of students to be transported: SP-29: 11 Class start/end times: 7:00/8:00 – 16:00 School common room opening hours: 7:00 – 16:30 For Part No. 11, the Contractor must provide: at least 2 vehicles, at least 6 additional seats for children in the required minimum number of vehicles, total minimum number of places in the vehicles: 17 seats for children and 4 places for staff (a driver and a supervisor in each vehicle).
