Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task under the “design and build” formula, comprising the preparation of complete design documentation concerning the construction of a cycle road together with the necessary supplementary infrastructure, on the basis of which it will be possible to carry out the investment in both formal and legal as well as technical terms, and the execution of the works in accordance with this design. 2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular, the preparation of design documentation together with obtaining, for and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the ZRID decision, and the construction of a cycle road together with the necessary supplementary infrastructure on the Blizanów Drugi–Godziątków section. 3. The contract is being implemented as part of the project “Kalisz County cyclist-friendly – Construction of cycle paths”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021–2027 Programme. 4. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Functional and Utility Programme) and Annex No. 9 (Material provisions of the contract). 5. The Contractor shall provide a warranty against defects of at least 5 years for the completed subject of the contract, calculated from the date of final acceptance. Procedure: open.
