The subject matter of the contract is the construction of a new section of provincial road No. 969 (class G) between district road No. 1583K and national road No. 87, located within the municipalities of Chełmiec and Podegrodzie and the city of Nowy Sącz, together with the construction of a bridge structure over the Dunajec River and the expansion of a section of national road No. 87 within the city of Nowy Sącz. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract is the construction of a new section of provincial road No. 969 (class G) between district road No. 1583K and national road No. 87, located within the municipalities of Chełmiec and Podegrodzie and the city of Nowy Sącz, together with the construction of a bridge structure over the Dunajec River and the expansion of a section of national road No. 87 within the city of Nowy Sącz. The contract includes the execution of construction works related to the construction, expansion and reconstruction of roads, the construction of bridges, a viaduct and water facilities, and the reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure on the basis of the design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority, taking into account the requirements arising from the decisions on environmental conditions (DUŚ), the ZRID decision, and other decisions, opinions, conditions and arrangements obtained for the investment.
