Opportunity description

1. Type of procurement: service. 2. The subject of the procurement is the provision of services for the reservation, sale and delivery of international and domestic airline tickets for the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. The detailed scope of duties for performing the subject of the procurement and the description of the subject of the procurement are contained in the document entitled “Draft contractual provisions”, hereinafter: PPU, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The tender must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject of the procurement. 4. The Contractor is obliged to submit a tender whose content will allow the Contracting Authority to verify the tender in terms of its compliance with the content of the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to indicate prices in accordance with the Tender Form, including providing the net and gross commission price for one international and domestic airline ticket transaction. 5. The content of the Contractor’s tender must correspond to the content of the Procurement Specifications. 6. The procurement must be performed with due diligence and in accordance with all requirements contained in the SWZ, together with the appendices and any information for Contractors. 7. The subject of the contract will be performed from the date of conclusion of the contract for a period of 24 months or until the total gross remuneration referred to in § 5 sec. 6 of the Draft Contractual Provisions (Appendix 8 to the SWZ) is exhausted, if this occurs before the expiry of the period for which the Contract was concluded. 1.
