Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and supply of two book scanners with accessories and the refurbishment of a scanner owned by the Main Medical Library in Warsaw, in accordance with all the requirements specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, which constitutes an annex to the SWZ. 2. The contract must be performed in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, the Draft contractual provisions (hereinafter: PPU), and the remaining tender documentation. The subject matter of the contract in lot 1 is: a. Supply of two book scanners with accessories b. Installation of the scanners and necessary accessories in the designated space c. Connection, installation, and configuration of the software necessary for proper operation d. Provision of training in the operation of the scanners e. Logistics services. f. Warranty for a period of at least 24 months The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes an annex to the SWZ. 2. SUBJECT-MATTER EVIDENCE: 2.1. Pursuant to Articles 105 and 106 of the Pzp Act, in order to confirm the compliance of the supplies offered with the requirements, characteristics, or criteria specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract or the tender evaluation criteria or requirements related to contract performance, the contracting authority requires contractors to submit the following documents: - Technical Specification Sheet - Manufacturer's warranty (minimum 24 months) - Certificates confirming compliance with standards for electronic devices - EU declarations of conformity or other documents confirming compliance with the applicable regulations and standards. 2.2. In accordance with Article 107(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contractor is required to submit the aforementioned subject-matter evidence together with the tender and should exercise all due diligence to ensure that these documents are complete and contain all necessary information enabling the Contracting Authority to verify their correctness. 2.3. In accordance with Article 107(2) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of supplementing the aforementioned subject-matter evidence once within the time limit set by the Contracting Authority. 2.4. The subject-matter evidence referred to above shall be submitted in the manner provided for in the provisions issued pursuant to Article 70 of the Pzp Act – i.e. in the Regulation of the President of the Council of Ministers of 30 December 2020 on the method of preparing and transmitting information and the technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in a public procurement procedure or competition. 2.5. Documents drawn up in a foreign language shall be submitted together with a translation into Polish The subject matter of the contract in lot 2 is: a.
