Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of uniforms for security personnel, manufactured and completed in accordance with the current “Military Technical and Technological Documentation” (hereinafter in the Agreement: WDTT) and in accordance with the “Technical Conditions” (hereinafter in the SWZ: WT) constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ, in quantities according to the breakdown contained in Chapter IV – “Description of parts of the contract” of the SWZ and in the “Tender Form” constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e.: Task 1 – supply of security personnel uniforms, pattern 120/OWC/MON, total quantity: 3 400 sets, basic quantity 1 700 sets, optional quantity 1 700 sets. Task 2- supply of security personnel belts, pattern 954/MON, total quantity: 4 500 pcs., basic quantity 3 500 pcs., optional quantity 1000 pcs. 2. The Contracting Authority requires that, as part of the supply, the Contractor manufacture the complete subject of the contract and deliver it in accordance with the requirements specified in the draft contractual provisions and the appendices thereto – Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The offered subject of the contract must be first category, brand new (unused), manufactured in the year of delivery from production carried out after the date of conclusion of the agreement, in factory, non-returnable packaging. The basic materials and tailoring accessories used to manufacture the subject of the contract may not originate from production earlier than the year preceding the year of delivery of the subject of the contract. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right consisting in the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the contract, specified as to assortment and quantity in the table in Chapter IV sec. 2 of the SWZ in the “Basic quantity” column, guaranteed to the Contractor – by no more than the quantities indicated in the table in Chapter IV sec. 2 of the SWZ, “Optional quantity” column. 5. The Contracting Authority has described the subject of the contract by reference to standards. The Contracting Authority therefore indicates that it permits solutions equivalent to the standards described. 6. If the offered supply of the subject of the contract does not comply with the standards indicated by the Contracting Authority in the WDTT, the Contractor is obliged to prove in the tender, in particular by means of the subject-matter evidence referred to in Chapter IX sec. 3 point 3.2 of the SWZ, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the WDTT to an equivalent degree (Art. 101 sec. 4 - 5 of the Pzp Act). 1.
