1. The subject of the contract in the ongoing public procurement procedure is the physical security of the K-8860 military complex at 5 Orzeszkowa Street in Warsaw and the surveillance and protection of persons and property of the Armament Agency located in the K-3541 military complex at 1/7 Królewska Street (CPV code: 79710000-4). The subject of the contract is specified: 1) for Lot I in the “Pricing Form/Contractor’s Tender” constituting Annex No 2.1 to the SWZ, 2) for Lot II in the “Pricing Form/Contractor’s Tender” constituting Annex No 2.2 to the SWZ. 2. A contractor participating in the procedure must meet the conditions specified in Chapters V and VII of the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority included the description of the subject of the contract in: - Annex No 10.1 to the SWZ - for Lot I; - Annex No 10.2 to the SWZ - for Lot II. 4. The contracting authority does not provide for a site visit; the complete documentation has been included in the annexes to the SWZ. The subject of the Contract is the provision of surveillance and protection services for persons and property for the User, the Inspectorate of Unmanned Weapons Systems Troops, at 5 Orzeszkowa Street in Warsaw, in military complex No 8860, which comprises Building No 1 and 2 garages. The subject of the Contract is the direct physical security of the Armament Agency complex located in Warsaw at 1/7 Królewska Street, carried out through a system of security services (details), permanent and ad hoc posts, and an internal intervention patrol, supported on an ad hoc basis, as needed, by an external intervention group.
