Poland – Security services – Physical security, security involving intervention groups, and keyholding assistance at the facilities of the Tax Administration Chamber in Opole

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of security services for persons and property in the buildings of the Tax Administration Chamber in Opole in the Opolskie Voivodeship, and services for monitoring the local alarm system (via telephone lines), in accordance with the Act of 22 August 1997 on the Protection of Persons and Property (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532, as amended), consisting of: 1) permanent physical security, 2) ad hoc physical security, 3) monitoring of the burglary and hold-up alarm system together with the operation of an intervention group, 4) monitoring of the fire alarm system, 5) keyholding assistance. The public procurement procedure for social and other specific services is conducted under the open tender procedure referred to in Article 132 in conjunction with Article 359 point 1) of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended). The Contracting Authority informs that in this procedure it applies the simplified procedure referred to in Article 360 of the Public Procurement Law, provided for social and other specific services. Acting pursuant to Article 360 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority does not apply: the provisions relating to the obligation to submit the statement referred to in Article 125(1) of the Public Procurement Law Act on the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) form, or the provisions concerning minimum time limits for the submission of tenders, setting the deadline for the submission of tenders while taking into account the time necessary to prepare and submit tenders.
