Poland – Security services – Protection of property at multi-storey car parks administered by the Municipal Roads and Bridges Authority in Tychy in the years 2027–2028

Opportunity description

The subject matter of this contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of permanent, direct physical protection services for the property of multi-storey car parks administered by the Municipal Roads and Bridges Authority in Tychy. Details of the facilities subject to protection: Facility No. 1 – a 4-level underground multi-storey car park located at Dąbrowskiego Street, with an area of 10,837.62 m2. Facility No. 2 – a 4-level above-ground multi-storey car park located at Andersa/Asnyka Street, with an area of 11,255.84 m2. Facility No. 3 – a 2-level above-ground multi-storey car park located at the intersection of Wyszyńskiego Street and Edukacji Street, with an area of 3,448.80 m2. During the term of the contract, the service will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by one security guard at each facility. Protection of the facilities will be performed using the Contractor's personnel on the basis of: - the scope of duties of the security guard, - instructions provided by the Contracting Authority governing the rules of work at the facilities.
