Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: As part of the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires the performance of: I. Basic scope- Annex No. 1, No. 2 to the SWZ (primary location). II. Scope under the Option Right- Annex No. 1, No. 2 to the SWZ (station tracks). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Contract is contained in Annex No. 1, No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority anticipates applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the PZP Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and will then assess the eligibility of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation, with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the Procedure. 4. The Procedure will be conducted in Polish using electronic means of communication via the Contracting Authority’s Procurement Platform at: https://kolejeslaskie.eb2b.com.pl Use of the Platform is free of charge. Amendments and clarifications to the contents of the SWZ and other procurement documents directly related to the Procedure will be made available on the Platform. All statements, notices, clarifications and other documents in the Procedure, as well as the contract, will be drawn up in Polish. 5. The planned contract performance period is 24 months (from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028). The indicated deadline constitutes the planned deadline for completion of the contract, which means that this deadline may be changed on the basis of an amendment to the Ppu. 1.
