1. Type of contract: service. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of physical security services for persons and property of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, performed as replacements for the Contracting Authority’s permanent employees at reception desk and cloakroom posts located in the facilities indicated in the OPZ, for a basic period of 731 consecutive calendar days, with the possibility of renewing the performance of the contract a maximum of four times, each time for a further period of 6 months, with the last renewal period being subject to an appropriate reduction in accordance with the Draft Contractual Provisions. 3. The service includes in particular: 1) operation of reception desks in 23 facilities, in accordance with their operating schedules; 2) operation of reception desks combined with cloakroom operation; 3) operation of cloakrooms in 5 UPWr facilities, comprising a total of 6 locations; 4) provision of replacements for the Contracting Authority’s employees in the cases and under the rules specified in the description of the subject of the contract. 4. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, including: 1) a list of facilities, reception desks and cloakrooms; 2) the days and hours of service provision; 3) the rules for preparing and submitting schedules; 4) the rules for activating ad hoc replacements; 5) the scope of activities performed at reception desks and in cloakrooms; 6) requirements concerning personnel and the organisation of service performance – is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the “OPZ”, constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 5. The detailed rights and obligations of the Parties, the rules for performing and settling the services, and the Contractor’s liability are specified in the Draft contractual provisions, hereinafter referred to as the “PPU”, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 6. The places of contract performance are the facilities of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences indicated in the OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 7. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial tenders. The tender must cover the entire subject of the contract, including all reception desks, cloakrooms, posts and hours of service provision specified in the OPZ. 8. The tender must be unambiguous and complete, and its content must enable the Contracting Authority to verify the compliance of the proposed method of contract performance with the requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes. 9. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract with due diligence, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, the provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, the procedures applicable in the facilities, and the instructions of the Contracting Authority’s authorised representatives. 10 The basic contract performance period comprises 731 consecutive calendar days, counted from the date on which service provision commences. 11. The planned period for commencement and performance of the service, i.e. the basic period, runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028. 12. If commencement of service provision on 1 October 2026 is not possible due to the extension of the public procurement procedure, appeal proceedings, or other reasons beyond the Contracting Authority’s control, service provision will commence on the date indicated by the Contracting Authority, but no earlier than the date on which the Contract is concluded. 13. In the case referred to above, the end date of the basic period shall be postponed by the number of days corresponding to the delay in commencing service provision, so that the basic period comprises 731 consecutive calendar days. 14. After the end of the basic period, the Contracting Authority may renew the performance of the contract a maximum of four times, each time for a further period of 6 months. The total period of all renewals may not exceed 730 consecutive calendar days, and the total maximum term of the Contract may not exceed 1461 consecutive calendar days.
