Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of physical security services for persons and property, hereinafter referred to as security, in the building at Plac Władysława Bartoszewskiego 1 in Gdańsk, in the outdoor area around the building belonging to the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, in the area encompassing the Westerplatte peninsula and, at the request of the Contracting Authority, at other locations connected with the Museum's activities (ceremonies, conferences, etc.) within the City of Gdańsk, for a period of 36 months. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The draft contractual provisions constitute Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 3.SITE VISIT: 1) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of conducting the site visit referred to in Art. 131 sec. 2 of the Pzp Act before submitting a tender in this procedure. 2) Conducting a site visit is not required, but is recommended by the Contracting Authority due to the nature of the contract and the specific characteristics of the subject matter of the contract—the building of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk and the Westerplatte area, which are the subject of the security service. 3) The site visit at the building of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, at pl. Bartoszewskiego 1, will take place on: 12.05.2026 at 9:00 at the address indicated above. 4) The site visit of the Westerplatte area will take place on: 12.05.2026 at 12:00 5) Interested Contractors should declare their intention to participate in the site visit via the Procurement Platform and the “Send a message to the contracting authority” form by 11.05.2026 at 14:00. 6) Failure by the Contractor to conduct a site visit will not constitute grounds for rejecting the tender pursuant to Art. 226 sec. 1 item 18 of the Pzp Act. 7) The costs of conducting the site visit shall be borne by the Contractor. 4. Contract performance period: Required contract performance period: 36 months calculated from 17.09.2026 at 7:02 or until the maximum contract value is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Performance of the contract will begin no later than 5 days after conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than after all training has been completed by the Contractor's employees. 5.
