Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of direct physical protection at the facilities of the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws 2025.532, consolidated text). ATTENTION!!! Pursuant to Article 133(2) of the Act, in conjunction with Article 65(1)(6) of the Act, the Contracting Authority has not published on the website for the procedure Annex No. 14 to the model contract (Rules for organizing the protection of the facility housing the security duty officer), Annex No. 15 to the model contract (Rules for organizing the protection of the second facility indicated by the Contracting Authority), or Annex No. 16 to the model contract – (Instructions, duty rosters, procedures for action in specified incidents), because they contain information crucial to the security of the Contracting Authority. The Contractor may review the documents in question before submitting an offer. In view of the above, pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies (and includes in the contract notice) the following method of access to this information and the requirements related to protecting its confidential nature. To review the aforementioned Annexes, an appointment must be made to inspect them at the headquarters of the Administrative Office of the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw at ul. Niecała 2 in Warsaw, after first submitting an appropriate request to the email address: ba.ochrona@um.warszawa.pl The subject matter of the contract is: 1. provision of direct physical protection at the facilities of the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws 2025.532, consolidated text); 2. round-the-clock monitoring by the Contractor of alarm signals originating from the Contracting Authority's facilities, in particular signals of assault, burglary, fire, and flooding of premises; 3. provision of ad hoc protection performed by the Intervention Group if an alarm signal is triggered or the Group is summoned; 4. provision, for the exclusive use of the Contracting Authority, of a mobile Dedicated Intervention Group comprising two security personnel with a vehicle, performing patrol and intervention duties around the clock (including on non-working days); 5. provision, at a selected headquarters of the Contracting Authority, of a round-the-clock security duty officer station coordinating the duties of security personnel and the Dedicated Intervention Group.
