The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration, integration, commissioning, and training of users in the operation of a complete, integrated counter-UAS system intended for conducting instructional classes on the detection, tracking, identification, classification, and neutralization of unmanned aerial vehicles. The counter-UAS system must be equipped with a multi-sensor operational and training environment enabling the practical conduct of activities related to observation, threat analysis, countermeasures, and learning procedures for protecting airspace against threats generated by unmanned aerial vehicles, including commercial, semi-professional, autonomous, FPV UAS, and other non-standard designs OPZ attached to the SWZ Annex No. 2 The subject of the contract is The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration, integration, commissioning, and training of users in the operation of a complete, integrated counter-UAS system intended for conducting instructional classes on the detection, tracking, identification, classification, and neutralization of unmanned aerial vehicles. The counter-UAS system must be equipped with a multi-sensor operational and training environment enabling the practical conduct of activities related to observation, threat analysis, countermeasures, and learning procedures for protecting airspace against threats generated by unmanned aerial vehicles, including commercial, semi-professional, autonomous, FPV UAS, and other non-standard designs. The system must constitute a complete, integrated technological solution comprising interoperating subsystems: • radar detection system, • passive RF radio detection system, • daytime imaging observation system, • IR thermal imaging observation system, • radio jamming system (jammer) intended for the neutralization of UAS, • C2 command, control, and management system, • operator stations, The counter-UAS system must enable: • conducting instructional classes in a real environment, • visualization of the detection and neutralization processes of each subsystem separately in order to discuss and understand the functioning of counter-drone systems, • analysis of real and simulated UAS threats, • learning to detect, classify, and identify objects, • implementation of response scenarios for airspace violations, • use of the system in operational, demonstration, and training modes. • The system should provide the ability to operate in a stationary environment and selected system elements in a mobile version, as well as support the development of users' competencies in: • radar detection, • analysis of radio emissions, • optoelectronic observation, • threat neutralization procedures, • operation of multi-sensor systems, • management of the air situation within a unified operator environment. The delivered solution must be complete, ready for operation after implementation, and adapted for further functional, training, and technological expansion in accordance with the development needs of the UAS laboratory.
