Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is: expansion of the data processing and storage infrastructure consisting of the supply, deployment and support of rack servers and accelerator cards for the AI system. The subject of the contract has been divided into the basic contract and the option right, i.e.: Under the basic contract: The Contractor will supply, deploy and provide support for 1 rack server, 2 accelerator cards and 1 internal interconnect (2-path), in accordance with the description specified in Appendix No. 1 to the draft Agreement – SOPZ. Under the option right: The Contractor will supply, deploy and provide support for 2 accelerator cards and 1 internal interconnect (4-path), in accordance with the description specified in Appendix No. 1 to the draft Agreement – SOPZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, quality requirements, and technical requirements (parameters and functionalities) are contained in the draft agreement (together with its appendices), constituting an Appendix to the SWZ. Pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Pzp Act, due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained in Appendix No. 1 (SOPZ), the Contracting Authority cannot make the aforementioned part of the SWZ available on the procurement procedure website. The Contracting Authority specified in the contract notice and procurement documents the method of access to this information and the requirements related to protecting its confidential nature.
