Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of virtualization servers for the needs of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ. 3. The detailed scope of performance of the subject matter of the contract, constituting the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is provided in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. CPV code: 48820000-2 Servers. 5. The subject matter of the Contract within the basic scope shall be performed within 2 months from the dispatch of the Order. The subject matter of the Contract within the option scope shall be performed successively over a period of up to 3 months from the date of signing the Contract by the Parties, in accordance with the detailed requirements of the Contracting Authority, specified each time in the Order. The order/order(s) (within the basic scope and the option scope) shall be placed within 2 weeks from the date of signing the Contract. Details concerning the deadline and conditions for performance of the subject matter of the contract are provided in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. Pursuant to Article 257 of the uPzp, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling these proceedings if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 7. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the uPzp, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then perform the qualification of the Contractor whose tender was rated highest, with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 8. The Contractor shall be bound by the tender from the deadline for submission of tenders until 16/12/2026 (no longer than 90 days).
