Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is healthcare services that will be provided within the Department of Perinatology, Gynecology and Obstetrics and the Gynecology and Obstetrics Outpatient Clinic operating at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Care Center of the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o. o. The term “healthcare services” shall mean all activities aimed at preserving, saving, restoring, or improving health, as well as other medical activities resulting from the treatment process or separate regulations governing the principles of their performance. 2. The healthcare services will be provided according to the needs of the Contracting Party, in accordance with the working-time schedule within: 1) the Department: a) Monday to Friday between 07:25 and 15:00 (an average of 12 working days per month); b) Monday to Friday between 15:00 and 07:25 the following day (an average of 2 services per month); c) on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory non-working days (public holidays) between 07:25 and 07:25 the following day (an average of 2 services per month). 2) the Outpatient Clinic – according to the needs of the Contracting Party, during the hours resulting from the applicable work organization of this unit. 3. The female/male physician providing the services must hold the title of specialist in perinatology and in obstetrics and gynecology. 4. The detailed work schedule is specified by the Department’s work schedule applicable at the Contracting Party and is prepared in advance for each month. The schedule is approved by the Head of the Department/Deputy Head of the Department/Medical Director. The Contracting Party reserves the right to change the schedule, but no later than 3 days before the beginning of the given month. 5. Pursuant to the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime, during the evaluation of tenders the Contracting Party will verify whether the Tenderer is listed in the Register of Sexual Offenders. If listed in such a register, the tender of the Contract Recipient will be rejected. 6. The standards for the protection of minors are available on the Hospital’s website at: www.szpitalruda.pl. 7.
