Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is a service for the collection, processing, preparation and provision of biological material and clinical data originating from patients with colorectal cancer, breast cancer, non-small-cell lung cancer and cutaneous melanoma. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, Description of the subject matter of the contract. 3. The detailed scope of performance of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the model contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. Classification according to the CPV code: main code: 85141000-9 – Services provided by medical personnel supplementary codes: 85111800-8 - pathological services, 85140000-2 - miscellaneous health services, 73110000-6 Research services 5. The tender must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover all services necessary to perform the subject matter of the contract. 6. Due to the need to ensure the appropriate quality of biological material for further analyses and the crucial impact of transport time on maintaining its quality parameters, the Contractor’s facility must be located no more than 50 km from the Contracting Authority’s registered office (ul. Na Grobli 15, 50-421 Wrocław), measured by the shortest driving route using the Google Maps application. 1.
