Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is divided into 2 Stages, whereby: 1) Stage I – is the guaranteed stage, 2) Stage II – is the stage covered by the option right, in accordance with Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. 2. Description of the subject matter of the contract: 1) Stage I (guaranteed): provision of cleaning services in residential and commercial premises and their associated rooms. The estimated number of premises in which cleaning services will be performed is 100. 2) Stage II (covered by the option right): provision of cleaning services in residential and commercial premises and their associated rooms. The estimated number of premises in which cleaning services will be performed is 100. 3. The scope of the contract includes, among other things: 1) clearing premises, rooms associated with the premises (storage units, basement rooms), and balconies of property accumulated therein, including, among other things, items hung on walls such as mirrors, pictures, shelves, etc., 2) removing property located in the immediate vicinity of the premises and associated rooms that indisputably belongs to the premises being cleared, 3) preparing photographic documentation for each premises – before work begins and after work is completed, 4) removing and managing waste from the premises being cleared in accordance with applicable regulations, 5) transporting property accumulated in the cleared premises and associated rooms to a landfill or warehouse (a location indicated by the Contracting Authority), 6) cleaning (sweeping, removing cobwebs, closing toilet lids, etc.) the cleared premises, associated rooms, and balconies, 7) carrying out effective disinfection and pest control in the cleared premises and associated rooms and, where necessary, carrying out deodorization.
