1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties within the Municipality of Ropczyce, during the period from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Waste Act, and in accordance with the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order within the Municipality of Ropczyce applicable to the scope relating to the contract and not inconsistent with the current wording of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities. 2. The subject matter of the contract covers 5833 properties, including: 1/ 84 – in the area of multi-family housing within the town of Ropczyce (referred to as “MW”), 2/ 5807 – the area of single-family and farmstead housing and multi-family housing outside the town, also referred to later in the contract as “MN,MR”, including: Ropczyce– 2990, Okonin– 117, Łączki Kucharskie– 328, Niedźwiada– 615, Mała– 303, Brzezówka– 316, Lubzina– 593, Gnojnica– 545. 1. Based on the quantities of municipal waste collected in the Municipality of Ropczyce in previous periods, the masses of individual types of municipal waste during the contract performance period are estimated as follows: 1/ Collection, transport and management of municipal waste excluding waste from PSZOK: a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste) (15 01 01)- 120 Mg, b) metals, including metal packaging waste, plastics waste, including plastic packaging waste, and composite packaging waste (15 01 02, 15 01 06)- 605 Mg, c) glass (15 01 07)- 900 Mg, d) biowaste (bio) (20 01 08, 20 02 01)- 90 Mg, e) cold ash (ex20 01 99)- 72 Mg, f) unsorted (mixed) (20 03 01)- 2750 Mg 2/ Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from PSZOK; a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste) (15 01 01)- 7 Mg, b) metals, including metal packaging waste, plastics waste, including plastic packaging waste, and composite packaging waste (15 01 02, 15 01 06)- 26 Mg, c) glass (15 01 07, 17 02 02)- 32 Mg, d) biowaste, including plant parts originating from the maintenance of green areas, gardens and household parks (20 02 01)- 272 Mg, e) cold ash (ex20 01 99)- 53 Mg, f) used tyres (16 03 01)- 122 Mg, g) bulky waste (20 03 07)- 330 Mg, h) construction and demolition waste (17 01 07, 17 09 04)- 232 Mg, i) used batteries and accumulators (20 01 34, 200133*)- 0.5 Mg, j) waste electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 36)- 27 Mg, k) expired medicines (20 01 32)- 0.4 Mg, l) waste not classified as medical waste that arose in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the levels of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (ex20 01 99)- 0.1 Mg, m) clothing, textiles (20 01 10, 20 01 11)- 86 Mg, n) waste electrical and electronic equipment other than that listed in 200121, 200123 containing hazardous components (20 01 35*)- 6 Mg, o) fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury (20 01 21*)- 0.1 Mg, p) equipment containing freons (20 01 23*)- 8 Mg, q) insulation materials other than those listed in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03 (17 06 04)– 19 Mg, r) iron and steel (17 04 05)– 3 Mg, s) paints and paint packaging (20 01 28)– 2 Mg, t) paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins containing hazardous substances (20 01 27*) – 5 Mg, u) waste roofing felt (17 03 80)- 0.1, Mg 4. The quantity of waste specified in point 3 is an estimated value determined on the basis of the quantity of municipal waste collected in the Municipality of Ropczyce in previous periods. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to decrease or increase the quantity of waste collected and managed relative to the quantity specified in point 3, resulting from the actual quantity of waste collected and managed. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim due to a reduction in the quantity of waste specified in point 3. Any change in the estimated quantity specified in point 3 shall not result in additional costs for the Contracting Authority, apart from settlement for the actual quantity of waste collected and managed according to the unit prices specified in the contract. The occurrence of the circumstances referred to shall result in a corresponding decrease or increase in the remuneration due to the Contractor under the Contract. 5.
