1. The subject matter of the contract is the design and execution of construction works concerning the construction of a complete module for preparing biodegradable waste for the co-digestion process in WKF at WOŚ, including: 1.1. The scope of design work includes in particular: 1) preparation of the preliminary design, 2) preparation of the construction design together with obtaining all required administrative decisions, approvals and opinions, including the final building permit decision, 3) preparation of the technical design, 4) preparation of detailed designs, 5) preparation of the commissioning design, 6) preparation of the settlement cost estimate. 1.2. The scope of construction works includes in particular the construction of: 1) a biodegradable waste preparation building, 2) biodegradable waste reception and preparation tanks, 3) a buffer tank for waste after pasteurisation, 4) an odorous air filter, 5) a truck scale, 6) installations constituting the equipment of the facilities, in particular: a) a waste transport installation, b) an installation for emptying barrels containing waste, c) an installation for emptying intermediate bulk containers containing waste, d) a suction hose installation with a basket, e) an installation for washing/rinsing equipment, fittings and pipelines with pressurised hot water, f) an installation for washing/rinsing equipment, fittings and pipelines with pressurised cold water, g) an installation for dosing chemicals to dissolve fats, h) a water supply installation, i) a process water installation, j) an on-site sanitary and stormwater sewerage installation, k) a process heat installation using energy from cogeneration and a backup installation, l) general electrical installations, including, among others, power supply, external, internal and emergency lighting, etc. m) CCTV, SSWIN and access control (SKD) installations, n) a fire protection switch installation, o) a monitoring installation, 7) process electrical installations as well as automation and AKPiA, 8) expansion of the existing SYNDIS RV energy visualisation system, 9) expansion of the existing EcoStruxure v. 3.2 SCADA system, 10) complete systems of internal roads and manoeuvring yards, together with connection to the existing transport system, 11) other facilities, equipment and installations necessary for the proper performance of the subject matter of the Contract. 1.3. The scope of construction works also includes the performance of all temporary and accompanying works and the provision of supplies and services necessary to achieve the objective of the investment and ensure its proper operation, even if they have not been expressly indicated in paragraph 3 of this section. 1.4. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the Contract, the Contractor is also obliged to: 1) obtain an occupancy permit decision, 2) provide designer’s supervision, 3) ensure archaeological and unexploded ordnance supervision—to the extent required by law or the conditions for carrying out the works. 2. The detailed requirements of the Contracting Authority concerning the subject matter of the contract are contained in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the Functional and Utility Programme entitled “Design and construction of a building for preparing biodegradable waste for the co-digestion process in WKF, together with tanks and accompanying infrastructure, and process commissioning on the premises of the Wrocław Sewage Treatment Plant, on plots No: 2/12; 2/15; a.m. 7 precinct 026401_1.0043 Pracze Odrzańskie, city of Wrocław, prepared by E.CORAX Sp. z o.o.. 09.2023”, constituting an annex to the Contract. The Functional and Utility Programme incorporates changes and additions introduced by the Contracting Authority before initiating the public procurement procedure, intended to adapt the scope of the investment to current needs and the requirements of the procedure. 1.
