1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new RIB-type patrol boat of class *bKM IV, hereinafter referred to as the “boat”, with the remaining complete equipment constituting a functional whole for the needs of the Chief Inspectorate of Sea Fisheries. The boat is intended as equipment for the vessel Kontroler 19 in Władysławowo, for monitoring bodies of water, conducting inspections of fishing vessels and monitoring recreational fishing carried out in marine waters, in the zone up to 6 NM from the baseline of the Baltic Sea and up to 3 NM from the base vessel. 2. The subject of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) construction and delivery of the complete boat to the port of Władysławowo, functionally compliant with its intended use from the perspective of the purpose of the subject of the contract; 2) delivery of the complete boat documentation in accordance with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contractual provisions (i.e. warranty cards, operation and maintenance documentation, operating instructions for equipment in Polish and other documents required by law, including documents confirming CE marking (EU/EC declaration of conformity or equivalent)); 3) verification of the boat’s compliance with the contract and SWZ, including the quality of workmanship, operation of individual systems and equipment, and quantitative compliance of the required equipment (e.g. life-saving appliances), in particular conducting technical commissioning and trial voyages on the basis of the “Sea Trials Programme” prepared by the Contractor and agreed with the Contracting Authority; 4) verification of the correct and consistent operation of all equipment, instrumentation and boat systems without interference; 5) conducting crew training in boat operation as specified in paragraph 13; 6) acceptance of the boat by a recognized classification society (Classifier).
