1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a vessel for servicing navigational aids for the Maritime Office in Gdynia. 2. The subject of the contract includes the design, construction, equipping, transfer of ownership and delivery to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and the Ship Technical Description (OTS). As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will also provide training to the Contracting Authority's personnel in maneuvering and maintaining the systems installed on the ship. 3.
