The subject of the contract is snow-clearing services for municipal and internal roads of the Długołęka Municipality, together with bicycle paths, sidewalks, parking lots, bus bays, bus stops, and the grounds of two municipal cemeteries (in the localities of Borowa and Łozina) – consisting of removing snow from roadways and road shoulders and associated facilities, as well as services for eliminating and preventing winter slipperiness occurring on roads and associated facilities as a result of the formation of a layer of ice, frozen or compacted snow on them, using chemical or abrasive materials, or by mechanical or partly manual removal (final cleaning), hereinafter jointly referred to as: snow-clearing services – for the purpose of: 1) ensuring safety and increasing traffic convenience – in accordance with the Act of 21 March 1985 on Public Roads (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 889, as amended); 2) maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality – in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended).
