Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services related to the winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks, pedestrian routes and municipal parking lots. 2. The scope of services includes: 1) Streets of winter maintenance priority I – in accordance with the list in Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract, 2) Streets of winter maintenance priority II – in accordance with the list in Appendix No. 2 to the draft contract, 3) Streets of winter maintenance priority III – in accordance with the list in Appendix No. 3 to the draft contract, 4) Streets of winter maintenance priority IV – in accordance with the list in Appendix No. 4 to the draft contract, 5) Sidewalks to be cleared of snow and gritted, sidewalks to be sanded (green areas), parking lots to be cleared of snow and gritted, in accordance with the list in Appendix No. 5 to the draft contract, 6) Purchase, installation and removal, ongoing maintenance and servicing, and storage of snow fences - in accordance with the list in Appendix No. 6 to the draft contract, 7) Placement and operation of coke braziers – 8 units, in accordance with the list in Appendix No. 7 to the draft contract. 3. The Contractor shall perform the subject matter of the contract using trucks designated for performance of the contract with a gross vehicle weight above 3.5 t, meeting the requirements of at least the EURO 5 exhaust emission standard and at least EURO 6 where such vehicles are declared in the tender. 4. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the draft contract together with the appendices constituting appendices to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to familiarize itself with the SWZ and its appendices and perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described therein. 1.
