The subject of the contract is the summer and winter maintenance of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, stairs, underground passages, parking bays and parking lots in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw in the years 2026-2028, divided into complex A and B. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified by: - the detailed description and technical standards for performance of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ; - the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 7a to the SWZ; - the pricing form constituting Annex No. 2a to the SWZ; - lists of locations designated for summer and winter maintenance. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, with a total net value of up to PLN 1,696,906.99. These services will consist of: maintenance of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, stairs, underground passages, parking bays and parking lots in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw. The contract will be awarded provided that the Contracting Authority has the necessary financial resources, and its performance will take place under the terms of the base contract. Total net contract value of complex A (part A): PLN 5,090,720.97, including the value of the base contract of PLN 3,393,813.98 and the value of the repeated contract of PLN 1,696,906.99.
