1. The subject matter of the contract comprises services relating to the task entitled “Winter road maintenance in the Municipality of Tuchów in the 2026/2027 season”. 2. The contract includes in particular: 2.1. commencing snow clearing together with gritting immediately after snowfall has ceased or during snowfall in the event of continuous snowfall, drifting snow and snowstorms, using appropriate equipment; 2.2. use of heavy equipment – exclusively at the request of the contracting authority, in the event of heavy snowfall or snowstorms causing snowdrifts; 2.3. loading and removal of snow in exceptional situations using equipment that does not damage the road surface or elements of the road right-of-way (e.g. using rubber-edged blades) – exclusively at the request of the contracting authority; 2.4. readiness to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, enabling telephone contact to and from the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall provide persons for telephone contact in order to ensure full availability; 2.5. use of equipment that is fully operational, and in the event of a breakdown, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide replacement equipment; 2.6. ongoing monitoring of the weather forecast for the Municipality of Tuchów. 3. The contracting authority divides the contract into 16 parts: 3.1. Part No 1 – pavements and squares – Tuchów and Lubaszowa 3.2. Part No 2 – streets and roads – Tuchów and Lubaszowa 3.3. Part No 3 – Buchcice 3.4. Part No 4 – Burzyn 3.5. Part No 5 – Dąbrówka Tuchowska 3.6. Part No 6 – Jodłówka Tuchowska 3.7. Part No 7 – Karwodrza 3.8. Part No 8 – Lubaszowa 3.9. The contract includes in particular: 1.1.1.1. eliminating winter slipperiness using appropriate (suitable) chemical and abrasive agents (a solid chemical agent, sodium chloride (road salt), and natural aggregate with a grain size from 2 mm to 4 mm – in the proportions: salt 25 %, aggregate 75 %, adapted to weather conditions, together with the supply of these materials and their loading onto means of transport, 1.1.1.2. clearing snow from pavements and squares using appropriate equipment, 1.1.1.3. use of heavy equipment – exclusively at the request of the contracting authority, in the event of heavy snowfall or snowstorms causing snowdrifts, 1.1.1.4. loading and removal of snow in exceptional situations using equipment that does not damage the road surface or elements of the road right-of-way (e.g. using rubber-edged blades) – exclusively at the request of the contracting authority, 1.1.1.5. constant patrolling of pavements and squares in order to assess on an ongoing basis the effectiveness of the measures undertaken as part of contract performance, and readiness to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, enabling telephone and fax contact to and from the Contracting Authority, Note! The subject matter of the contract comprises services relating to the task entitled “Winter road maintenance in the Municipality of Tuchów in the 2026/2027 season – Part No 15 – Tuchów Housing Estate – Garbek” 1.1.1. The contract includes in particular: 1.1.1.1. commencing snow clearing together with gritting immediately after snowfall has ceased or during snowfall in the event of continuous snowfall, drifting snow and snowstorms, using appropriate equipment; 1.1.1.2. use of heavy equipment – exclusively at the request of the contracting authority, in the event of heavy snowfall or snowstorms causing snowdrifts; 1.1.1.3. loading and removal of snow in exceptional situations using equipment that does not damage the road surface or elements of the road right-of-way (e.g. using rubber-edged blades) – exclusively at the request of the contracting authority; 1.1.1.4. readiness to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, enabling telephone contact to and from the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall provide persons for telephone contact in order to ensure full availability; 1.1.1.5. use of equipment that is fully operational, and in the event of a breakdown, the Contractor shall be obliged to provide replacement equipment; 1.1.1.6. ongoing monitoring of the weather forecast for the Municipality of Tuchów; 1.1.1.7. eliminating winter slipperiness using appropriate (suitable) chemical and abrasive agents (a solid chemical agent, sodium chloride (road salt), and natural aggregate with a grain size from 2 mm to 4 mm – in the proportions: salt 15 %, aggregate 85 %, adapted to weather conditions, together with the supply of these materials and their loading onto means of transport. 1.2.
