Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into the following parts: Task No. 1: R. Giżycko OD Mrągowo 5 OD2 OD3 Task No. 2: R. Giżycko OD Mrągowo 5 Task No. 3: R. Lidzbark Warmiński OD1 Task No. 4: R. Lidzbark Warmiński OD2 2. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks covered by the subject matter of the contract. a) The Contractor is required to personally perform the key tasks reserved by the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 121 of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contractor shall personally provide equipment for the performance of the contract in the quantity indicated in column “d” of the table “List of required ZUD vehicles (carriers for salt spreaders and/or snow ploughs)” included in point 8.2.4.3. IDW. b) The Contractor may entrust a subcontractor with the performance of the remaining tasks (not reserved as key tasks in point a). c) The Contracting Authority requires the tender to indicate the part of the contract whose performance will be entrusted to subcontractors and to provide the names of the subcontractors together with the subject matter of the subcontracts for which they are proposed. d) The Contracting Authority requires immediate notification of any changes concerning subcontractors that occur during the performance of the contract; e) With regard to the key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not rely on the capacities of another entity, under the rules set out in Article 118(1) of the Pzp Act, in order to demonstrate fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. f) The remaining requirements concerning subcontracting have been specified in Volume II of the SWZ – PPU. 3. Contract value above EUR 10,000,000.00.
