Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the task entitled “Winter maintenance of county roads in the 2026/2027 winter season, hereinafter referred to as “ZUD”, by the County Roads Authority in Oleśnica”. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the provision of ZUD services for the County Roads Authority in Oleśnica within Oleśnica County. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. The contract is divided into 13 tasks (lots). The Contractor may submit a tender for the entire contract or for a task/tasks of its choice. 3. The Contractor undertakes on each occasion to provide the equipment together with its operating personnel upon a telephone request, confirmed in writing on the work sheet, at the specified time, but no later than within 60 minutes of the request. 4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Chapter III, Description of the subject matter of the contract, of the Specification of Contract Terms (hereinafter referred to as the SWZ) and the annexes to the SWZ. OPERATING AREA OF THE ROAD DISTRICT IN OLEŚNICA TASK NO. 1 Up to 300 hours of work A truck with a minimum of 2 driven axles for the ŚNIEŻKA gritter and PO-97 plough. Payload above 15 tonnes or a special-purpose winter road maintenance vehicle as a carrier for the above-mentioned equipment owned by the Contracting Authority, together with the driver’s work. OPERATING AREA OF THE ROAD DISTRICT IN OLEŚNICA TASK NO. 2 Up to 300 hours of work A truck with a minimum of 2 driven axles for the ŚNIEŻKA gritter and PDP-A2700 plough. Payload above 15 tonnes or a special-purpose winter road maintenance vehicle as a carrier for the above-mentioned equipment owned by the Contracting Authority, together with the driver’s work. OPERATING AREA OF THE ROAD DISTRICT IN OLEŚNICA TASK NO. 3 Up to 300 hours of work A truck with a minimum of 2 driven axles, together with a gritter with a capacity above 5 m3 and a plough with a snow-clearing width of 2.7–3.2 m, at the Contractor’s disposal, together with the driver’s work. OPERATING AREA OF THE ROAD DISTRICT IN OLEŚNICA TASK NO. 4 Up to 300 hours of work Up to 150 hours on standby A front loader or backhoe loader with a bucket capacity of at least 0.8 m3, at the Contractor’s disposal, together with the operator’s work. Used for loading materials, preparing the mixture at the road district depot and, if necessary, clearing snow from roads. OPERATING AREA OF THE ROAD DISTRICTS IN OLEŚNICA AND SYCÓW TASK NO. 5 Up to 100 hours of work A front loader, bucket capacity of at least 3.0 m3, at the Contractor’s disposal, together with the operator’s work. Used to prepare a sand-and-salt mixture for ZUD and to clear snow from roads. OPERATING AREA OF THE ROAD DISTRICT IN SYCÓW TASK NO. 6 Up to 300 hours of work A truck with a minimum of 2 driven axles, together with a gritter with a capacity above 6 m3 and a plough with a snow-clearing width of 2.7–3.2 m, at the Contractor’s disposal, together with the driver’s work. OPERATING AREA OF THE ROAD DISTRICT IN SYCÓW TASK NO. 7 Up to 300 hours of work A truck with a minimum of 2 driven axles, together with a gritter with a capacity above 6 m3 and a plough with a snow-clearing width of 2.7–3.2 m, at the Contractor’s disposal, together with the driver’s work. TASK NO. 11 Town and Municipality of Syców, Mechanical snow clearing of pavements, cycle paths and pedestrian-and-cycle routes, assisted manually, elimination of slipperiness on pavements, cycle paths and pedestrian-and-cycle routes through the use of a sand-and-salt mixture at a concentration of 20%, according to the following list of streets. Time for completing the work: up to 5 hours from the moment the Contracting Authority instructs the Contractor to commence the work. Response time: up to one hour from receipt of the instruction. List of streets: Locality of Nowy Dwór and Town of Syców: County road no. 1500 D (Nowy Dwór, Syców, Oleśnicka Street – pavements and cycle paths, Kolejowa Street – pavements), County road no. 1496 D (Daszyńskiego Street), County road no. 1495 D (Komorowska Street), County road no. 1502 D (Polna Street). County road no. 1495 D – Syców–Komorów pedestrian-and-cycle route. Maximum quantity of services: up to 70 deployments (50 for snow clearing and gritting, 20 for gritting only) TASK NO. 12 Town and Municipality of Twardogóra Mechanical snow clearing of pavements and the pedestrian-and-cycle route, assisted manually, elimination of slipperiness on pavements and the pedestrian-and-cycle route through the use of a sand-and-salt mixture: for pavements, at a concentration of 20%, according to the following list of roads and streets. Time for completing the work: up to 5 hours from the moment the Contracting Authority instructs the Contractor to commence the work. Response time: up to one hour from receipt of the instruction. Maximum quantity of services: up to 70 deployments (50 for snow clearing and gritting, 20 for gritting only). TASK NO. 13 Town of Międzybórz Mechanical snow clearing of pavements, assisted manually, elimination of slipperiness on pavements through the use of a sand-and-salt mixture at a concentration of 20%, according to the following list of streets. Time for completing the work: up to 5 hours from the moment the Contracting Authority instructs the Contractor to commence the work. Response time: up to one hour from receipt of the instruction.
