Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of uniform and equipment items - winter socks. The scope of the contract comprises two tasks. 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of uniform and equipment items – winter socks in the quantities specified in the procurement documents. 2. The subject of the contract must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT): 547/MON. 3. The items covered by the contract will be subject to quality assurance performed by AU in accordance with AQAP 2110 Edition D Version 1. The quality management system must comply with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. 4. The Contractor will be required to submit the following subject-matter evidence together with the tender: a) A certificate confirming that potential Contractors possess company samples of PUiW compliant with the WDTT and the PUiW sample for serial production, issued for: winter socks – model 547/MON, with an issue date after 03.11.2025; The aforementioned subject-matter evidence will not be subject to supplementation. In the case of contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, at least one of them will be required to submit the subject-matter evidence together with the tender. If the Contractor commissions a Subcontractor to manufacture the complete item (PUiW), the requirement to present the Contracting Authority with the subject-matter evidence referred to above also applies to that Subcontractor.
