Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of the migration of the Enterprise Economics Support System (SWEZ) to a new version and the purchase of support and consulting for the migration process of the Enterprise Economics Support System (SWEZ). The subject matter of the contract is divided into the following parts: 1. Part A of the contract: Migration of the Enterprise Economics Support System (SWEZ) to a new version, covering: a) carrying out the migration of SWEZ and the production launch of the system in the new version (hereinafter referred to as SWEZ3); b) delivery of a subscription together with the provision of ITS resources using cloud solution technology necessary to carry out the migration, launch and production operation of SWEZ3; c) provision of a training service to prepare SWEZ users to work with SWEZ3; d) provision of a service for handling SWEZ3 service requests after the production launch; e) performance of additional services. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) for Part A of the contract is contained in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ. 2. Part B of the contract: Provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of consulting services and support for the migration process of the Enterprise Economics Support System (SWEZ), based on SAP technology, to a new version, including: a) provision by the Contractor of consulting services and support for the SWEZ migration process; b) provision by the Contractor of Additional Services; The migration process referred to above is not the subject matter of Part B of the contract and is covered by Part A of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) for Part B of the contract is contained in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2B to the SWZ. 1. The subject matter of the contract is: Migration of the Enterprise Economics Support System (SWEZ) to a new version, covering: a) carrying out the migration of SWEZ and the production launch of the system in the new version (hereinafter referred to as SWEZ3); b) delivery of a subscription together with the provision of ITS resources using cloud solution technology (hereinafter the “Subscription Service”) necessary to carry out the migration, launch and production operation of SWEZ3; c) provision of a training service to prepare SWEZ users to work with SWEZ3; d) provision of a service for handling SWEZ3 service requests after the production launch; e) performance of additional services. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) for Part A of the contract is contained in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2A to the SWZ. 2. Contract performance period The Contract will be concluded for a fixed term of no more than 55 (fifty-five) calendar months, calculated from the first day of the month following the month in which the Contract was concluded, or until the total gross remuneration due to the Contractor has been exhausted. The Contract will remain in force until the last day of the full calendar month calculated in accordance with the above. Deadlines for the performance of individual items of the subject matter of the contract: 1) carrying out the migration of SWEZ and the production launch of the system in the new version, referred to in point 1(a) – within up to 27 (twenty-seven) calendar months calculated from the first day of the calendar month following the calendar month in which the Contract was concluded, provided that the production launch of the system will take place no earlier than 01.01.2029; 2) provision of the Subscription Service referred to in point 1(b) will begin after 8 (eight) calendar months calculated from the first day of the calendar month following the calendar month in which the Contract was concluded and will be performed for a maximum period of 47 (forty-seven) calendar months, including: a) a period of 19 (nineteen) calendar months – the cloud environment used as a testing and development environment for the purpose of carrying out preparatory work, b) a period of 28 (twenty-eight) calendar months calculated from the date of the production launch – the cloud environment used after the production launch of SWEZ3; 3. provision of the training service referred to in point 1(c) will be completed no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the production launch of SWEZ3; 4. provision of the SWEZ3 service-request handling service referred to in point 1(d) – will be performed for a period of 28 (twenty-eight) calendar months calculated from the date of the production launch of SWEZ3, but no earlier than 01.01.2029; 5. the additional services referred to in point 1(e) will be performed throughout the term of the Contract on dates agreed individually for each additional service. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of consulting services and support for the migration process of the Enterprise Economics Support System (SWEZ), based on SAP technology, to a new version, including: 1) provision by the Contractor of consulting services and support for the SWEZ migration process; 2) provision by the Contractor of Additional Services. The migration process referred to above is not the subject matter of Part B of the contract and is covered by Part A of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) for Part B of the contract is contained in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 2B to the SWZ. 2. Contract performance period: a maximum of 32 (thirty-two) calendar months of service provision, calculated from the first day of the month following the month in which the Contract entered into force, or until the total gross remuneration due to the Contractor has been exhausted, subject to the proviso that the Contract enters into force on the 30th (thirtieth) day following the date of conclusion of the contract with the SWEZ migration contractor. 1) The deadlines for performance of the subject matter of the Contract referred to in point 1, subpoint 1), concern: a) the preparatory period lasting until the date of the Production Launch of SWEZ3, which will take place no earlier than 01.01.2029 – up to 26 (twenty-six) months from the entry into force of the Contract, b) the SWEZ3 stabilization period – 6 (six) months. 2) The provision by the Contractor of the Additional Services referred to in point 1, subpoint 2, will be performed throughout the term of the Contract on dates agreed individually for each Additional Service. 3) The Contract will be concluded subject to a condition precedent within the meaning of Article 89 § 1 of the Civil Code, consisting in the selection by the Contracting Authority of the Contractor in Part A of the public procurement procedure and the conclusion of a Contract with that Contractor. Until this condition is fulfilled, the Contract will have no effect with respect to the commencement of performance, the enforceability of obligations, or the commencement of the performance periods referred to above.
