Opportunity description

21. The subject of the contract is the supply and implementation of a system intended for the comprehensive operation of the court probation service together with a Portal (hereinafter referred to as the System) for the needs of the courts of the Gdańsk appellate district, i.e.: - Toruń district (basic contract): 1) Regional Court in Toruń; 2) District Court in Brodnica; 3) District Court in Grudziądz; 4) District Court in Toruń; 5) District Court in Chełmno (functional court); 6) District Court in Golub-Dobrzyń (functional court); 7) District Court in Wąbrzeźno (functional court); - Gdańsk district (basic contract): 1) Regional Court in Gdańsk; 2) Gdańsk-Północ District Court in Gdańsk; 3) District Court in Sopot (functional court); 4) District Court in Kościerzyna (functional court); 5) District Court in Malbork; 6) District Court in Starogard Gdański. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) the supply of the System and its implementation through remote installation and configuration of the purchased modules and the migration to the System of data from the ZKSS record-keeping systems currently operated in the courts of the Gdańsk appellate district; 2) the granting of an open, non-exclusive, perpetual license, with no limit on the number of workstations, for the System modules described in the OPZ; 3) conducting training in the operation of the System, in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ and in the contract; 4) provision of an IT support service for the System for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the System start-up, confirmed by the signing of the final acceptance report. 3. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract have been specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the TENDER. 4. The detailed terms and conditions for performance of the subject of the contract are contained in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. Procedure: open.
