Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of licences. A detailed description and the method of performing the contract are provided in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and the Draft contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority declares that, as the data controller and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures appropriate to the risks it has identified and providing assurance that the personal data transmitted as part of the procedure are properly secured.
