The subject matter of the contract is the supply of license subscriptions corresponding to the VMware licenses held by the Contracting Authority (Broadcom Site ID 16986460) or equivalent, together with technical support. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the list of tasks, deadlines, and the conditions for performance of the subject matter of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter: “PPU”), which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter: “OPZ”), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 1.
