Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the migration of the FUDO system to a virtual environment, including the supply of licenses and technical support. A detailed description and the method of contract performance are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority declares that, as the data controller and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks it has identified and providing assurance that personal data transmitted as part of the procedure are properly secured.
