Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract has been divided into the basic contract and the contract implemented under the option right. 1. The subject matter of the basic contract is: a. Conducting a System Analysis by the Contractor and preparing a System Analysis document for the requirements with the priorities “Must have”, as well as the requirements with the priorities “Should have” offered by the Contractor, indicated in Annex No. 1 to the contract for Clients in the scope of MKD, MPL, MFK, MEI, MPP, MKZP, MAOB, MTA, b. Preparing the System in test and production versions in accordance with the system analysis requirements for Clients, c. Making the System available in test and production versions for use by Clients, d. Migrating data from the existing systems used by Clients to the System, e. Providing Workplace Assistance services for Clients in a total amount not exceeding 200 man-hours, f. Preparing and providing the Contracting Authority with Documentation for Clients, g. Granting a license for Clients to use the System in test and production versions, h. Providing Maintenance Services for Clients for a period of 12 months from the completion of the Contractor’s provision of Initial Maintenance Services or from the moment the System in the production version is made available for use by Clients if Initial Maintenance Services are not provided, i. Preparing and providing the Contracting Authority with an extract of the Contracting Authority’s transactional data accumulated in the System up to the date of termination of the Contract, in any open format, with a description of their structure and relationships in the Administrative Documentation, including the requirements indicated in point 8 of Annex No. 7. 2. The subject matter of the contract covered by the option right is: a. Providing Initial Maintenance Services for Clients from the date the System is Made Available for use until the date the Contracting Authority actually begins using it in production, for a maximum of 11 months, b. Conducting a System Analysis by the Contractor and preparing a new version of the System Analysis document for the requirements with the priorities “Must have”, “Should have” offered by the Contractor, and “Option” ordered by the Contracting Authority, indicated in Annex No. 1 to the contract for Clients and/or Additional Clients in the scope of: MZFS, MPŻ, MSM, MPLG, MDES and MRU, c. Providing Maintenance Services for Clients, after the end of the 12-month period of providing Maintenance Services under the basic contract, for a maximum period of 48 calendar months, provided that the option concerning Maintenance Services may be exercised successively for 12 months by means of a declaration by the Contracting Authority submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the next maintenance period, d. Successively preparing Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority in test and production versions for the indicated Additional Clients in accordance with the requirements of the System Analysis referred to in point 1(a) and point 2(b) above, e. Successively installing and configuring Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority in the agreed manner on the agreed resources for Additional Clients, f. Successively migrating data from the existing systems used by Additional Clients to the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority, g. Successively providing Workplace Assistance services for Additional Clients in a total amount not exceeding 800 man-hours, h. Successively preparing and providing the Contracting Authority with Documentation for the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority for the area of Additional Clients, i. Providing Initial Maintenance Services for individual Modules for Additional Clients, j. Providing Maintenance Services for Additional Clients after the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority have been made available for use by an Additional Client, for a maximum period of 48 calendar months, provided that the option concerning Maintenance Services may be exercised successively for 12 months, k. Successively conducting training for 100 groups of Module Users for Clients and/or Additional Clients, commissioned by the Contracting Authority according to needs, l. Conducting training for Administrators (1 group), m. Granting a license to use the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority in test and production versions for Additional Clients, n. Providing Development Services in a maximum amount of 1,000 man-hours, o. Preparing and providing the Contracting Authority with an image of the System (together with a list of licenses necessary to launch the System from that image), enabling it to be deployed on other resources selected by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the Administrative Documentation updated as of the date the image is provided, including the requirements indicated in point 8 of Annex No. 7; p. Launching data encryption in the Modules ordered by the Contracting Authority under the requirements with the priority “Options” for Clients and/or Additional Clients indicated by the Contracting Authority; q. Implementing the remaining requirements with the priority “Options” within the Modules for Clients and/or Additional Clients indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3. The Contracting Authority anticipates that the option right will cover a maximum of 10 Additional Clients under a single order. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, in particular the quality requirements and the conditions for performing the basic contract and the contract under the option right, is specified in the annex to the SWZ – Draft Contract and in the annex to the Draft Contract – Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ).
