Opportunity description
The subject matter of the contract is: 1) Expansion of the RIS/PACS-class systems held by the Zofia of the Zamoyski Tarnowska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg through the delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of the System modules listed in the description of the subject matter of the contract and their full integration with the IT Systems operating at the Contracting Authority. The purpose of the expansion is to enable compliance with the obligation to maintain medical records in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health on the types, scope and templates of medical records and the manner of their processing (Journal of Laws 2024, item 798), and to create, collect and exchange electronic medical records in accordance with the Act on the medical information system (Journal of Laws 2011 No. 113, item 657, as amended) with respect to documents required under the law, as well as the delivery of perpetual licenses paid for on a one-time basis. 2) Integration of the supplied software in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ. 3) Delivery and implementation of IT hardware necessary for the operation of the RIS/PACS system: a. Server for RIS/PACS operation - 2 units. b. NAS array – 1 unit. 4) Installation, implementation, configuration and commissioning of the above-mentioned software on the IT hardware indicated by the Contracting Authority. 5) Delivery of test documentation (Test Plan, test scenarios and test cases) for the supplied software. 6) Conducting acceptance and integration tests. 7) Training the Contracting Authority's staff and the System's users in the supplied application software and system software. 8) Delivery of the documentation required in the SWZ. 9) Provision of warranty services for the entirety of the delivered and completed subject matter of the contract for a period of at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance of the system 10) Provision of an additional 10 person-days of work by the implementation team for use by the Contracting Authority.
