Poland – Software package and information systems – Purchase of time-limited licenses for the virtualization system

Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of time-limited licenses for the following software: 1.1. Vmware vDefend - number of cores - 384, for the period 1.09.2026 – 31.12.2028, 1.2. VMware Cloud Foundation, number of cores - 300, for the period 1.09.2026 – 31.12.2028 2. The Contracting Authority requires that all offered ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and as components, elements of the service delivery environment or accompanying solutions, do not include: a) an ICT product, ICT service or ICT process indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, finding that they have an adverse impact on the fundamental national security interest; b) an ICT product whose type has been specified in the decision on recognizing a supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. 3. Failure to meet the above requirement shall result in rejection of the tender, as applicable, pursuant to Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The description of equivalence of the subject matter of the contract is set out in subsection IV of the SWZ. 4.1.
