Poland – Software package and information systems – Purchase of subscriptions for Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses together with MS Teams, Microsoft 365 E3 User GOV or equivalent (CUI-ZZ.3201.8.2026)

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of subscriptions for licenses for a) Microsoft 365 Business Basic together with MS Teams for a period of 12 months calculated from the expiry date of the licenses held by the Contracting Authority (the licenses expire in September/October 2026; b) Microsoft 365 E3 User GOV for a period of 12 months calculated from the date of activation of the license subscription, or subscriptions for equivalent licenses meeting the functionalities indicated in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. 3.2.1. The contract is divided into the basic contract and a contract performed under option rights. 3.2.1.1. under the basic contract: a) delivery of subscriptions for 40 Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses together with MS Teams or equivalent for the Information Technology Services Centre in Wrocław, b) delivery of subscriptions for 300 Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses together with MS Teams or equivalent for the Wrocław Municipal Office, c) delivery of subscriptions for 50 Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses together with MS Teams or equivalent for organizational units of the Municipality of Wrocław, d) delivery of subscriptions for 50 Microsoft 365 E3 User GOV licenses or equivalent for the Information Technology Services Centre in Wrocław 3.2.1.2. under the contract covered by the option right: a) delivery of subscriptions for Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses together with Ms Teams or equivalent for organizational units of the Municipality of Wrocław, b) delivery of subscriptions for Microsoft 365 Business Basic licenses together with MS Teams or equivalent for the Information Technology Services Centre in Wrocław. c) delivery of subscriptions for Microsoft 365 E3 User GOV licenses or equivalent for the Information Technology Services Centre and the Wrocław City Office. with the proviso that the total value of the contract under the option right shall not exceed the value of the difference resulting from the mathematical operation: PLN 499 000,00 gross – (minus) the value of the basic contract (tender price) Performance of the contract covered by the option right is an entitlement of the Contracting Authority, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to a claim for placement of an order or to a claim for damages for failure to place an order in this respect. Performance of the subject matter of the contract under the option right depends on the Contracting Authority's actual needs and financial capacity. Note! Whenever the name of software is indicated in the procurement documents, it shall be understood to mean the indicated software or equivalent support, in accordance with that offered, meeting the requirements indicated in Annex No 1 to the Contract – OPZ. 3.3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ), quality requirements, and technical requirements (parameters and functionalities) are contained in the draft contract (together with its annexes), constituting an Annex to the SWZ. The equivalence conditions are described in Chapter 3, point 3.4 of the SWZ.
