Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a system for log monitoring and for managing and monitoring the security of the ICT infrastructure, together with implementation work and technical support. A detailed description and the method of contract performance are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the Model Contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for parts of the contract. The Contracting Authority declares that, as the data controller and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures appropriate to the risks it has identified and providing assurance of the proper protection of personal data transmitted as part of the procedure.
