Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of Red Hat subscriptions or an equivalent solution, comprising: 1) Lot I: The subject matter of the contract is the supply of subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenters software (SKU RH00002F3), together with Standard-level manufacturer support – 6 units valid for a period of 36 months, calculated from 21.12.2026. 2) Lot II: The subject matter of the contract is the supply of subscriptions for Red Hat OpenShift Platform Plus software (MW01622), together with Standard-level manufacturer support – 20 units, valid for a period of 36 months, calculated from 21.12.2026. 2. The detailed description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (SOPZ) for Lot I is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and for Lot II in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, and they constitute an integral part thereof. 3. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. 4. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority does not envisage applying the option right referred to in Article 441(1) of the Pzp Act. 5. NOTE! Applies to Lot II: Pursuant to point 81 of the SOPZ constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ and § 3(5) of the PPU, if the Contractor offers an equivalent product, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to assign at least 2 persons holding valid certificates authorized by the manufacturer of the offered solution, confirming advanced knowledge and competence in providing technical support for that solution, to perform the support service. The list of persons will constitute Annex No. 10 to the Agreement.
