Poland – Software-related services – Expansion of the KSAT-SGN System

Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the Agreement is: a) the performance of implementation work involving the expansion of the SGN Module of the KSAT system with new functionalities for handling perpetual usufruct (UWO) fees and related processes – transformations, handling of proceedings, ownership changes, b) the implementation of new mechanisms for data recording, automation of calculations, and transformation of SGN data into new structures (adaptation and transformation of SGN data into new UWO structures, supplementation of the new structures with data from SGN), c) the preparation and delivery of technical documentation (including administrative documentation), user documentation, and personal data documentation (including personal data flows), d) the provision of training for end users (5 groups of 15 people), e) supervision during the production launch period (supervision will be provided for the production launch, including support for Users during the stabilization phase. This supervision will be provided for a period of 3 consecutive months from the production launch, for 4 hours per week (2 sessions of 2 hours), on agreed dates. The total duration of supervision will not exceed 48 hours and will be provided remotely.
