Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in 2027-2028 for the Olsztyn Municipal Office Group represented by the Municipality of Olsztyn for the operation of buildings and commercial premises and for powering technological equipment, street lighting and traffic signals (CPV code: 09300000-2 - electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy; 09000000-3 – petroleum products, fuel, electricity and other sources of energy; 09310000-5 – electricity). 2. The total estimated volume of electricity supplied throughout the entire contract performance period, determined on the basis of declarations by the individual Contracting Authorities of the “Olsztyn Municipal Office Group” covered by the contract, is: 173 368.890 MWh (86 684.445 MWh/year), whereby, due to the division into tariffs, two tasks have been distinguished accordingly: 1) task designated No. 1 – tariff group G, 2) task designated No. 2 – the other tariff groups covered by the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been set out in Chapter III of the SWZ and in the provisions of the agreement attached to the SWZ. 4. Pursuant to Article 38(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority (Municipality of Olsztyn) has been authorized to conduct this procedure and award the contract on behalf and for the benefit of the other Contracting Authorities specified in detail in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, which, under the name “Olsztyn Municipal Office Group”, decided to jointly conduct the procedure and award the contract for the purchase of electricity for 2027-2028, in accordance with the agreements concluded.
